Dean's Gold Star Book of Cowboys

A hardback book called Dean's Gold Star Book of Cowboys written and illustrated by Janet and Anne Grahame Johnstone. The front cover is of planks of wood joined together creating a wooden wall. There are various things hanging on the wall, such as a brown decorative saddle and other riding equipment, a gun and a lasso. In the middle there is a large white poster of a cowboy riding a horse with a gun in his right hand. The horse is rearing on its hind legs. Also in the poster is part of the title "COWBOYS". The word star in the title is written in a five point gold badge. On the reverse is brown and white bull's head with two large horns on a brown background. There are illustrations inside the book by Janet and Anne Grahame Johnstone.
