One base fragment from a plate, decorated with blue transfer-printed design of part of a circular emblem for Ipswich Horticultural Society with fruit sprig at centre of it., on reverse blue transfer-printed makers mark of a vine wreath motif with 'Vine Wreath' wording inside at centre and with maker's initials 'H. & Co.'
