Gentleman's single breasted waistcoat of champagne colour silk satin, with fawn colour vertical stripes. With brocaded ribbon and buttons. c1780waistcoat of champagne colour silk satin, with fawn colour thin vertical stripes & champagne colour brocaded ribbon, with a foliage pattern, in a continous piece around the collar, opening and bottom hem & same ribbon at the opening of two front inset pockets & single breasted, with 12 buttons covered in the same brocaded fabric & high stand up collar & back is of fine woven ivory colour linen with two pairs of ties, although one is missing & lining is of same fabric & 7cm long loop of linen ribbon on rhs of front inside opening, 11cm up.
