suit, two-piece suit

Grey herringbone twill suit, worsted with blue stripes. Consisting of jacket and trousers. Utility mark. CC41. Jacket: collar and lapels, buttonhole in left hand side & single breasted centre front fastening, with three buttons & welted breast pocket on left hand side & flapped pocket on each side of hips & full length sleeves with four button fastening on each cuff & plain back & inside right breast pocket, with utility label on outside and makers label on inside & inside left pocket at waist height & lined with twill weave rayon, with pleat at centre back & hanging loop at back of neck & sleeves lined with cream cotton sateen with double pinstripes. Trousers: 4cm waistband with six buttons on outside for braces, and a divide at centre back & centre front fly with button and extended flap on waistband, and five buttons below & two pleats either side of opening where trousers join waistband & pocket on front right side with flap and button, and calico lining & two deep side pockets in seams & pocket on right back with welted edge, button to fasten and calico lining & pressed creases in legs, front and back & 3cm turn-ups at bottom of legs & utility label in leg seam, with paper label saying 'May 11th' above (similar label loose in bottom of bag).
