petticoat, waist petticoat

White cotton waist petticoat with drawstring waist and diamond pattern lace inserts above hem. Circa 1900-1918. White cotton waist petticoat & waistband for (missing) drawstring with centre back opening & constructed from four panels, three at the front and one at the back & decorated with three rows of tucks and hemmed with a frill with two pin tucks & two layers of over-frills, each with pin tucks, an insert of lace and a lace fill edge.
