petticoat, waist petticoat

Eau de nil colour moire silk/cotton waist petticoat. Labelled 'Ladies Outfitting Dept, Harrods, London S.W.' 1890-1910 circa. Eau de nil colour moire silk/cotton waist petticoat, ground length & left side fastening with button (missing) and hole & 4 gores and darts below & four inverted pleats at centre back waistband & 11 3/4 in frill at bottom, one scalloped tuck and three straight tucks & slightly trained & additional pink threads sewn into waistband, presumably for mounting at a later date.
