Low waisted cream dress with gore pleated skirt and blue ricrac braid decoration. Worn by a teenage girl or very slim woman? Machine stitched. 1944-48. Cream cotton dress & V neck & turn-back revers & three-quarter length inset sleeves, gathered at the top & long waisted, to hips & left side placket fastening with two hook and eyes & tie back waist straps & stitched pleated skirt (uneven) & royal blue ricrac braid around the collar, cuffs and waistband & darts at shoulders and waist to shape
