tRed nylon velvet toque style hat with a flat crown. Side folds are held by three loops of fabric. With a red petersham inner band and black lining. Commercially made, no makers label. 1950s to early 1960s. Synthetic velvet outer mounted over a buckram form. With a red petersham inner band and black lining. Soft construction.
