dress, two-piece dress

Two-piece dress. Finely knitted black polyester material with firework pattern in orange, buff, white and grey. Label "OWEN OWEN Made in Britain". 1978. Top: plain round neckline bound in same material & centre back opening with black 6" zip and hook and eye fastening & bodice material finely pleated by machine heat & set in sleeves elasticated at wrist & bodice extends below waist to point at back and front & rouleau tie belt hung in loops attached at waist. Skirt: sunray pleated & waistband with button fastening & 7" zip at left side & unlined & size 14.
