DescriptionOne of a pair of Roman copper alloy dice, discovered at Sheepen, Colchester. The face values are marked with double rings. Standard numbering (opposite face values add up to seven), Potter type 10 arrangement. The dice were associated with a dice box, all of which were burnt during the Boudican revolt and destruction of Colchester.
