DescriptionThree-pronged flesh fork (i Cula ni Bokola) made of black or blackened wood. Handwritten stuck-on label mostly illegible apart from 'Viti Levu' and '1889'. Also used for non-human flesh. Used for feeding a Chief when he is in 'tapu', as human flesh could not touch lips. From Pelham Aldrich (see register for details).
