DescriptionTerra sigillata or Samian ware bowl, reconstructed from several pieces. The shape of the bowl includes a narrow circular base, a top section with straight sides, and in the mid section of the bowl a wider lip extends out - 'flanged'. In the centre of the base on the inside of the bowl there is evidence of a stamp.
