Descriptiongilded square-headed Anglo-Saxon brooch, with fine sheets of silver brazed onto the three lobes of the brooch. The head is decorated with a pattern including rows of triangles facing each other, and entwined lines. The head has two square holes through it, and one corner has silver gilding. The foot is decorated with a pattern of incised lines and tiny dots punched in two lines running over the bow and a single row down the centre of the foot. On the reverse, there are the remains of the pin attachment.
