This brooch is the darker of the pair. The centre of the head is decorated with a ring and dot decoration. There is a raised circular boss on the bow. The foot has a ring and dot decoration at the top, and lower down there are three raised lines. The end of the foot is possibly meant to resemble an animal - two raised bosses for eyes, two circles protruding from the side and the fan shaped end of the brooch representing a snout. Pin attachment survives on reverse. On the reverse of the foot there is green patination, and residue from a sticker that has been removed.
