compotier, stand, cake stand

Pair of very similar compotiers or cake stands. Of white porcelain, with three gradulated plate tiers standing on spreading base and with rod going through, one of which has a figure of a boy with basket of flowers on his back, other has figure of girl with a basket of vegetables (detached). Plates and base are decorated with painted polychrome design of different birds and insects and the plates have pierced basket effect around rim. All with gilt decoration. All separated., blue painted crossed swords mark, probably for Meissen (Dresden)
