DescriptionCuttlefish lure (maka feke) made of one large tiger cowrie shell surrounded by six smaller shells which have been cut to a straight edge. They are lashed together to form a central piece which is attached to a pointed needle made of wood. Vegetable fibre cord secures the shells to the wood.
