undershirt, camisole

White cotton camisole & wide shoulder straps of broderie anglais tape & yoke is of broderie anglais, with a pattern of elipses all over to create small overlapping circles & neckline and armholes are of deep van dyke points & bottom panels are plain & centre front opening with four mother of pearl buttons to fasten on yoke (buttons of three different types) & 'EAL' embroidered in blue cotton thread on inside of front opening. 1900-20 circa.
