Porcelain bowl, probably slop bowl, shallow scalloped edge. Decorated with polychrome design consisting of two baskets of flowers, two roses and 8 small floral sprigs around outside. Border of parallel lines with row of dots between and way dotted line below. Inside similar border around rim and central rose at base.
