satchel, bag

Leather satchel with punched, stitched and painted ornamentation. It has a double-strand plaited leather strap and four double-stranded plaited leather ties attached to front flap. The front of the bag has four applied two-tone leather decorative leather panels that have loops at top for ties to be threaded through. The front flap has a decorative punched geometric design on it. There is a hand-written paper label used by Partridge, attached to the back of the satchel that reads '20 / Hausa / bought at / Idah'.
