Long case clock by Solomon Cansdale of Ipswich. The clock face, has from the top, a strike or silent dial, the clock face has Roman numerals, a dial to record seconds, a curved aperture to display the date, with the name 'Sam Cansdale. Ipswich' painted below. There are two key holes on the clock face but no other decoration.
