One large framed 'Stadtplan von Ipswich' Nazi bombing map dated 1941, showing targets in Ipswich. The map was used during Operation Sealion - Germany's plan to invade the United Kingdom in World War II. The map was found, along with another map of Ipswich, in a green paper folder on which is printed, 'Militargeographische Einzelangaben uber England.' Highlighted targets include Ransomes buildings, the railway station, industrial areas around the docks and hospitals.
