letter, prisoner of war letter

Cream coloured paper 'prisoner of war post' Air Mail letter written in blue ink by J. M. Spall, 27, Mersey Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, England to Bombardier Herbert Stollery whilst a Prisoner of War at Stalag VIIA, Germany. The letter is dated 19th March 1945 and was posted at 1 pm the following day. There is a stamp below the sender's name and address which states ' This letter has been returned by the Swiss ... Post Office who were unable to reforward it to Germany because of the interruption of communication'.
