Pincushion in a flattened ball shape. Both sides are knitted, with a black silk ribbon around the circumference with some pins in it. One side is knitted red and blue with a cream ship and 'N(?)ANNCY'. The other side is cream with two hearts, 'P + C' and '1801' in green.
