petticoat, waist petticoat

Green moire silk/wool mix(?) waist petticoat & waistband has been turned over (same time as back altered) & hook and eye fastening at front left waist, part of the seam below this is split & flat front at waist with darts & back of waist has been taken in - two darts have been added and four pleats have been added at centre & decoration starts just above knee level - tuck and four rows of frills which are decorated with a variety of pin tucks, rows of gathering and fine cording.
