White cotton muslin waist petticoat with full, gathered back. Circa 1870-1880. White cotton muslin waist petticoat & white cotton tape waistband, fastens with two metal hooks and eyes, with an opening at front left side & muslin is finely gathered on to the tape and is fuller at the back & front panel is in one piece & three back panels with horizontal tuck at bottom level & three vertical lines of gathers at back & deep turn up at the hem
