Pin cushion in the style of a book with card 'covers'. The card is covered with white plush fabric painted with pink, blue and green flowers. Covers edged with gold embossed card. One cover opens to reveal a pincushion with card top and pink silk edges, with a piece of same plushed fabric to hold needles. With green silk ties. One needle and two pins (possibly not original)
