Gunnery Sergeant's tunic from the Essex Volunteer Artillery. Circa 1880s Made for a war department contract (see the label with measurements, cutters name and who it was made for), circa 1880sevidence of prior anthrenus infestion (carpet beetle). Some small holes in the fabric.
