Pair of white cotton knickers & open gusset & drawstring waist & joined at front waistband, with additional 60mm hand stitched seam below & one pleat on either side of centre front waistband & two pleats either side of waistband at the back & each leg opening trimmed with broderie anglaise tape and frill with scalloped edge. 1900-1920
