jacket, bed jacket

Ladies bed jacket, very pale pink linen with printed pattern of small blue sprigs. Very loose fitting with centre front opening. Collar with two cotton tape ties at the neck. Also two cotton tape ties at the bust. Front panels are gathered to the collar. Centre back seam. Wide pagoda sleeves attached with a raglan seam. Run and fell seams. Late 19th century (1890s) but sleeves reminiscent of 1860s.
