Pink terylene net waist petticoat & elasticated waist & constructed in two layers & the bottom layer is of a plain net & the top layers is sewn 11cm from the waist onto the bottom layer & top layer is made up of four tiers of frills, each gathered onto the next & two hanging loops at waist. 1950s.
