Lady's petticoat of white cotton lawn with machine valencienne lace bodice and trim. Slots for ribbon at waist. 1910-1912. Possibly part of a trousseau with 1971.3.1, 1971.5.1-.3. Petticoat of white cotton lawn & sleeveless v neck bodice made of valencienne tape lace and bands of cotton lawn pintucks & armholes and neck trimmed in scalloped edged valencienne lace & fastening at shoulders of two cotton covered buttons and buttonholes & bodice attached to waistband of embroidered, slotted lace for ribbon & skirt gathered onto waistband, with gathered frill at bottom and hem trimmed with valencienne lace.
