Navy taffeta dress with collar and attached waist ties. Short sleeved. 'New Look' style. Circa 1949. Horseshoe neck & small collar & (small) Magyar sleeves & V shaped waistline & full skirt & calf length & shoulder pads. Manufacturers label in left skirt seam, skirt made by Pat (machinist).
