Circa 1930. sleeveless & vee neck, both neck and armholes bound with silk & bands over shoulders with mother of pearl buttons on the front - one each side to give a pinafore dress appearance & belt at waist with green manmade buckle & dropped waistline, with four unpressed pleats on the skirt
