Blue floral rayon voile dress with cream and blue features. Circa 1929. Blue trim & turned down collar of cream and floral fabric with blue ribbon tie at neck & long set in sleeves & dropped waist with blue belt with tortoiseshell buckle & straight skirt, slightly gathered at the dropped waist trimmed with a blue band at the hem.
