suit, skirt suit

Lady's three piece suit. Brown, beige and stone check wool. Box style. Beige lining. Jacket with straight lined skirt and sleeveless pullover. 1962. Jacket: box style with patch pocket on each hip & single breasted with three tortoiseshell effect plastic buttons & collar and small revers & raglan full length sleeves with no cuff & plain front and back & lined with brown/pink sateen lining. Pullover: box, plain style & vee neck and sleeveless & with darts at waist to shape and at the bust & unlined. Skirt: straight below knee skirt with inverted pleat at back & fastens at waist on lhs with two hooks and eyes, a popper and a zip & lined with same.
