White cotton long nightdress. Bodice entirely of broderie anglais with vertical patterns of flowers and zigzags. High round neckline with crocheted trim that ties with a tape.Centre front opening below neck that fastens with three self covered buttons and handmade loops. Short magyar sleeves edged with same trim and ties. High waistline of a wide broderie anglais tape with slots for ribbon. Full width of fabric used - selvedge to selvedge. 1916-1920.
