Ladies salmon pink tea gown of machine knitted wool lace, lined with crepe de chine, with swan's down trim. From 'Marshall Snellgrove, Oxford Street, W.1. Tea Gown Dept.' 1920s. Outer layer of salmon pink machine knitted wool lace. Lining of salmon pink silk/cotton crepe de chine. Pink swan down trim around collar to waist. Long bell shaped sleeves with swan down trim. One waist tape on outside left waist, one waist tie sewn roughly to right inside sleeve seam.
