White cotton knickers with extensive broderie anglais decoration., 1900-10. Pair of white cotton closed knickers & deep waistband, fastening at back with cotton tape ties & three pleats either side of ties under waistband & extensive broderie anglais all over the fabric except the gusset, with a bigger pattern around the tops of the thighs & evidence of alteration - gusset and waistband have both been let out.
