dress, summer dress

Short sleeved summer dress of linen type fabric. Apple green fabric, decorated all over with seagulls of maroon and white. Made by Mrs Hoy of West Mersea, 1947. Turn-down Peter Pan collar with white cotton frilled edge & short sleeves with small box pleats at edge & padded shoulders & long waisted & centre front fastening of five white plastic buttons & tie back at waist & two breast pockets with white cotton frill at top & full skirt.
