Ladies Prussian blue wool (or fur) velour hat. Black vinyl and bow decoration at right side. Label "JACOLL Hat". 1969. Lady's hat of Prussian blue wool (or fur) velour. The brim turns up on the left hand side and droops down on the right. On the latter side there is a thin black artificial leather (vinyl) bow. The crown is purposefully dented above the bow. On the inside there is a matching petersham band.
