Black silk satin cape with lace and braid decoration. 1886-1900. Black silk satin cape & stand-up collar stiffened with silk frilled edging at top & hook and eye fastening & body decorated with black silk braid and frills and inset lace panels & black lace edging at bottom which covers pleated frill & black silk lining & signs of a missing fastening at the front.
