Ladies black chiffon evening dress/coat with Devore pattern. Dated about 1919. Chiffon has a Devore floral pattern. Coat style, Vee neckline. Close fitting sleeves with four poppers at wrist. No visible centre front fastening but a narrow belt ties across front opening, starting from a gathered side waist seam. Ruched and gathered panels at knee height back and front. (Unusual formation)
