White feather covered felt hat. Worn by Caroline Egan at her wedding in 1965. White feather hat. The structure of the crown is blocked wool felt, in a beige colour and edged with a synthetic braid. It is entirely covered by looped white feathers, formed by being attached by glue at each end. The feathers spiral out from the centre of the crown.
