Crimson tunic jacket with braiding to the cuffs. 10 buttons to front. Lapel buttons. Lance Corporal. Good conduct stripes on the left cuff shows that he was an experienced soldier. Royal Engineers, Other ranks. Officer Standard Issue Tunic. Would have had a buff belt. Blue velvet on the cuffs is Royal Engineers.
