dress, sleeveless dress

Sleeveless dress designed and made by Dorville. Also has a label for Liberty of London where the dress was bought. Pink, purple, orange, turquoise and lime green pattern dress. Print is a stylised carnation in multiple colours repeated to create a psychedelic print on a dark blue background. Matching neck scarf and self faced fabric belt. Lined in pink silk. Centre back fastening with metal zip and 2 hooks and eye fastenings at the neck collar. Front, side bust darts to shape. Possibly a cotton / silk weave but might also be synthetic fabric. Two pockets, one in each side seam. 1960s
