ОписаниеA worked flint tool, probably an leaf-shaped arrowhead. This arrowhead is included in the Mythical Creatures exhibition. Flint arrowheads made in the Neolithic and Bronze Age were found thousands of years later in the early medieval period. At that time they were thought to be Elf or Fairy darts. According to folklore, these arrows fell from the sky and were used by the elves to kill cattle. This object was selected for the Wicked Spirits exhibition as it represents superstition. People once believed these small flints were arrows used by elves or fairies, rather than early humans.
