Comb made of wood, vegetable fibre and putty. 17 teeth are bound together around one longer stick which protrudes from the top. A brace three quarters of the way down secures the teeth and is consolidated with putty and blackened. Unfinished - may have had shell inlay. Mrs Alice Moore collection.
