respirator, gas mask

Civilian gas mask contained in original cardboard box as issued by War Office. Instructions for use on the inside of the lid. Top is imprinted on the top of the box, with carrying string. Mask has a shiny green vented front section and a clear plastic visor. The rest of the mask is made of rubberised fabric that is brittle and cracked. Fabric strap included for the gas mask.
