Watercolour and gouache design for a poster to promote gardening. The background is pale green with in the centre a garden fork, a spade which rests on a garden roller with alongside an upturned flower pot. The lettering in dark red along the top reads 'For your garden', and in black along the bottom 'Tools, Seeds, etc.' Handwritten in the top right hand corner is 'Joan Sadler /30.3.44'.
