Birthday card with on the obverse an image of HM Queen Elizabeth II wearing a pale yellow dress, brooch and pearls. There is a folded insert with at the top the Royal crest and printed below 'I am so pleased to know that you are celebrating your one hundredth birthday on 13th July, 2008. I send my congratulations and best wishes to you on such a special occasion'. The signature of the Queen is at the bottom, the recipient's name 'Mrs Elizabeth Fox' printed in the bottom left hand corner. The card and paper insert are held together by a yellow cord running vertically.
